BVIC is a Centre of Excellence in Social Entrepreneurship which is situated in state-of-the-art international standard 20-acre campus at Ghatkesar, Hyderabad. It was established by a Canadian NGO under the leadership of Angèle and André Gingras who founded SOPAR in 1977 and Bala Vikasa in 1991
